Orillia District Arts Council values cultural diversity and is pleased to present singers who have played an important role in developing this musical genre. Famed Juno and Grammy award winning Liberty Silver will mix up a repertoire of crowd pleasers. Merlene Webber, a foundational singer within the Reggae movement will share some classics with the back up of Errol Lee.
